In the past, 10+ KG, and many many bags.
Used to pass all the bags up a skinny ladder with a human chain. Lifted in a lifting/twisting motion.
Once had a chiropractor come in and tell us that was the worst possible way to carry bags. Still doing it I believe.
Now: about 15 approach plates printed from AsA website, an A5 map and a blank piece of paper to write on. (Go GA!).
