There's a wealth of references to many different certification criteria in the link, but it seems that all that has been obtained (in Germany at least) is that German certification as a microlight (only!) is in progress (only!).
Have never heard of the manufacturer before, but as a potential customer I would be worried that they are still around to offer support in the future if I were to buy one.
Performance-wise, I don't see what this aircraft offers that many established aircraft don't already offer. Empty weight of 291 kg with BRS is quite typical for this type of microlight.
Tecnam seems to offers a slimmed-down version of the P92 for a similar price.
