Actually IFTC is owned by Gozen holdings who also owns Freebird airlines. They have a number of agreements with airlines in turkey. The 10 % rules is for employees and is not going to be in place until the new year .. How ever that being said you are a 'Student' and in training so technically that rule will not apply.
IFTC itself is a good operation very professional and quality training. Most of the instructors are from Freebird for the A320 type.
