The contracts on offer will differ per base and not by the method you happened to have rolled into recruitment with. If you get based in PL you will most likely be offered a local polish contract. If you get offered a base in RO it will most likely be a confair contract.
There are differences in contracts, etc. but these are exactly the questions you can ask at the point when you have your HR interview. Just make sure you understand very clearly under what terms you would be joining and then make a decision. As for the assessment itself; I assume it shouldn't be too much of a mystery. Ace the technical pilot interview has all the answers, fly your round in the sim and be a somewhat enjoyable chap and frankly that's all. No tricks, no funny business. It should be pretty straightforward for someone with your experience.
