=Favouritism amongst the unprofessional management team towards their friends in Cabin Crew, so promoting their friends.
=Old clapped out second hand aircraft nearly falling apart and always going tech.
=Bonded to contract so made nearly impossible to leave once one has woken up to their incomptence
=Do anything and everything disregarding any aviation rules to run an operation. No union, no adherence to flight duty rules.
=Work for European Aviation and you have no private life, your life becomes restricted and unbareable with them.
