You seem to be forever implying that China does not have the right to use its airspace as the Chinese military sees fit. It's their call and considering the physical encirclement of China by others then China has every right to allocate their airspace as they see fit.
To make life easier for yourself why don't you just put on more fuel and relax. It's not that hard.
