The original question I answered myself. Here's another:
My operator does not publish a Mu value vs. plain language comparison because the FAA does not regonise a correlation between Mu and; good, fair poor, nil. Although some correlation was made by a Scandinavian study in the 1950's.
Question is, how do Europeans and other ICAO operators deal with this issue. Do you have an equivelancy or is it these numbers have more operational significance to regular users.
