100 foot in optimum every 7 min...so an increase in 1000f in optimum altitude will take 70 min
Bingo! In the 800, I use 400 kgs for every 100 for a WAG. Great for before leaving VHF land so a message can be relayed to the guys in HF land for a time to climb.
