I would imagine they’d send out all the invites for stage 3 first, and then just send a round of mass emails for the unsuccessful candidates. That’s what usually happens in recruitment drives, although some people who didn’t get through to stage 2 are saying they never got the rejection email, so who knows. Either way if you’ve heard nothing by the end of August I think it would be safe to assume you haven’t made it. I’ve heard nothing yet, the second half of my interview did go really badly so I’m not surprised but the hopeful optimist inside me was still clinging onto the slim chance that my performance in the other activities were enough to bring me up to standard.
Congratulations to all those who are booked in to stage 3, with around 600-800 people getting to stage 2 you’ve done well to be singled out as the elite. Good luck in the final stage.
