But then again with all these experienced pilots about QF continued to take cadets and places little value on experience.
Experienced pilots move abroad, keep international wages down which, without a doubt, affects QF wages.
Just an observation and not a critism of QF, they do and can take who they like but this does fit into the pilot wages' market forces.
