Well first all all you're young so should be looking at the modular route over a number of years and making sure you acquire as little debt as possible, none preferably.

For sure the schools will try and sell you an integrated course as its more expensive(sales 101). Also airlines seem to prefer integrated students but that's because they are mostly heavily in debt and will work for crap conditions, under stress and even if they realise there is safety issues(see ryanair) they still will show up to work, just so they can keep the bank at bay. I have little debt myself but if I mention that in an interview nobody will hire me as I cant be manipulated.

Its gotten to the point where the only advice someone can give you to improve your chances is be rich and offer to work for less than current employees.

It's incredibly sad.
