I don't think for one second that anyone would buy a complete set of OATS notes from jeppesen!
What they are there for is to give additional reading material and a different perspective on subjects you are weak on.
You just can't read enough, especialy on subjects you only have a couple of more chances at!!!...just think of the cost of a full 14 subject re-sit if you fail on just one subject on the last attempt!
