Just so you know, there will be another change again, probably by the end of 2013 or the beginning of 2014, this time they ask you for application re-submission. Next time they're gonna ask you to PAY. What is it? Can't tell. You will soon find out. All i can say is NOTHING is FIXED in CATHAY.
