Fishburn or Shotton / Peterlee
I'd recommend Fishburn over DTV, also look at Shotton / Peterlee I've flown into there many a time its primarily a sky dive centre but accepts GA with prior permission I flew a PA28 in and out with no problems on two excellent RW's one Tarmac, see here ... Peterlee Airfield ... Enjoy Durham its a wonderful place!
