Coroners Findings
Still no date for the coroner's final report with recommendations. Will be almost 5 years since the tragedy. However, rumour has īt CASA has been busy (Mr Harvey) putting ink to paper for their dissertation to the coroner. No doubt plenty of CYA as per normal.
