What makes you say this? I've never seen anyone reading Ops A or any part of the FCOM suite during take-off and landing so presumably you're talking about charts? What's wrong with the current system until the EFB comes (if it ever does)? As far as I can see this is a positive move, as if you need to find something you can now do your .pdf search on your iPad and then look at the book for the definitive reference - or am I not being cynical enough?
