For anyone interested in better quality sleep I have just posted on what I have found to be the best PPRUNE thread on potential solutions. Mine is the most expensive on there (and is only relevant to a couple of conditions)....but there are other fixes much cheaper for a wide variety of root causes. My life has changed as a result.... and I hope my long term health prognosis. Don't "just live with it" like I did for so long.
