The reason BOH stands a good chance with KLM is that they are very unlikely to consider adding their own services into SOU because the code-share with BE prevents it. BOH would be a way to sweep up the leakage. Unless in their code-share agreement it states that KLM would not be permitted to operate their own services from BOH.
