The original question was
why the dihedral design causes the the lower wing to have a larger angle of attack than the higher one during a bank?
It included absolutely nothing about
during a stable, balanced, banked turn.
Not yawing, not slipping, not skidding, just turning.
You introduced all of those additional conditions.
