I suspect that you are not employed by TNTA, but if you are you are poorly informed about the situation.
As JW411 pointed out you have been so previously.
Crews will not be transferred to the A300, and if you really had any insight you would know this.
2-3 of those on the 747 came from the Airbus, they will likely go back. Those who came from the 146 will likely go back on the 146.
That leaves those hired directly for the 747. TNT will probably try to transfer as many as they can to the 737. The rest will sadly be made redundant.
I use the words 'likely' and 'probably' because not everyone would want to go back to their previous type, but rather use their 744 rating somewhere else if the opportunity arises. Others might want to give the 737 a go.
