I think comparing EK with THY is like comparing diamonds with stones . One is a well established expat friendly airline offering a lot of benefits for families and an internationally recognized professional environment the latter is a strongly culturally biased and professionally questionable environment where expat are looked at with contempt, kept in ghetto as a temporary fix and therefore not given any real benefit if not a salary. Turks are always ( not !) the best....
. Being an FO I would not think one second to pick EK.
