Okay, so however it gets rationalized, Bombardier ARE hiring foreign pilots.

Now, what's the difference between your Certification - Test Pilot and your Production Flight Test - Pilot and a your line - Pilot?
I can see one group requiring special quals and experience... but the rest?

Do these job descriptions NEED former F-18 flight test pilots and without trying to sound like a moron (and I sometimes do), an F-18 isn't a Transport Category aeroplane. I'm thinking we have a fair number of Transport Category experienced pilots with thousands of hours of operational experience who clearly haven't graduated from the Empire Flight Test School or Pax River but who would fit in somewhere.

Just trying to understand their approach to pilot hiring.

BTW can't wait for you guys to get the C Series flying.
