Regarding the train set in the cellar, rumour had it that during the Cold War the occasional stop at the old station occurred, followed by sinister activity as someone was 'escorted' by blokes in heavy overcoats from an otherwise empty carriage...
Personally I think that rumour was probably bolleaux.
