Thank you all guys. You are posting some really helpful info for anyone wanting to move to tiger or any other company in Singapore.
One doubt I have regarding the roster. Is it a 5/2, 5/4/, 5/5 and start again or 5/2, 5/4, 5/2, 5/5 and start over?
