Anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

PC running Vista



Get yourself up to Windows 7 or 8..... Vista is a pile of smelly excrement which has absolutely no use in real life IT. It was a ghastly operating system.

(Oh, and get yourself more RAM whilst you're at it).
