GAPAN used to administer the JN Somers scholarship which provided full funding for an integrated CPL/IR/MCC course (frozen ATPL).
There were only ever supposed to be three such courses offered, but Mrs Somers in a fit of generosity ended up funding 10(?) of them, the last of which was in 2011, I believe.
Unfortunately, at the moment, there are no other fully-funded frozen-ATPL scholarships on offer.
