The a/c identified as a "CT-39A" at Hill AFB is - judging from the "slipper" tank midspan on the wing and the rectangular cabin windows - actually a Lockheed VC-140B JetStar.

It looks like a twin to the one in the VIP hangar at Wright-Patt AF museum.

BTW - misidentification is not terribly uncommon at some museums. The Travis AFB museum has a centrifugal-flow jet engine they called a J-33 IIRC.
My few minutes' inspection of it told me it was a GE I-A (or perhaps I-16), a very early US jet from 1942-43.
