Salary: As a captain you get something between 190K and 250K PHP A320 and ATR72 (between 4000 and 5000 USD net)
That is basic plus productivity pay.
More or less half and half basic pay and productivity pay, depends on the flighthours.
However, overtime only for a few pilots...
