According the text you've mentionned, it says :
A valid class or type rating contained in a licence issued by a third country....
The thing is I do have a licence issued by the UK CAA, so at the time I will request to have the type rating (carried out in US) put on my EASA licence, it wouldnt be "
contained in a licence issued by a third country"
Its confusing .........
