IRME automatically gives you IRSE as well. Assuming you have a valid SEP.

Cross-crediting of the IR part of a class or type rating proficiency check
When a proficiency check including IR is performed, and the holder has a valid SP ME non-high performance complex aeroplane type rating, operated as single-pilot, Credit is valid towards the IR part in a proficiency check for SE class and type rating (*)
(*) Provided that within the preceding 12 months the applicant has flown at least three IFR departures and approaches on an SP class or type of aeroplane in single pilot operations, ...
