Its definitely a case of HKA go there so should we
I remember reading in a CX News about 8 years ago that CX had the rights for Hawaii, but don't want to go there because they think it won't make much profit
But I guess watch this space when/if "Hawaiian Airlines" ever does direct service to HKG?
