CS, it really worries me that parents are still not taught/shown how to strap in the baby safely. Baby seats have changed a great deal in the past few years and most now have a single, long strap below the central buckle and this strap is pulled to tension the others correctly. The little lad could also do with some form of head support to stop it wobbling around or dropping forward onto his chest causing a kink in his airway. Baby seats of twenty years ago usually had to have each strap adjusted individually - a right pain.
I better stop now before I bore you all.
