thanks...it is just what is happening to me now after 3 1/2 years working in HK as private pilot and spending less than 60 days/year in HK...just found out i have to pay 3 years at about 200K HKD/year....
but in their assessments they wrote i can not file for tax exemption because i spent more than 60 days/years in HK...but i have HK immigration travel records that clearly show that i spent less than 60 days/year in HK...
i will go there monday morning to deal with it...
