Yes u have a point though sometimes most often than not its a balance ur trying to strike. For me and a load of others i would be happy anywhere other than the middle east, but for some maybe the sand pit is awesome. So taking M.E out that would leave china as probably the best place simply for the dough and commuting. I switched from ultra long haul to the 320 simply cos of lifestyle and yes money wasn't the sole reason, however looking at what has been said about tiger and the guys working there, its no doubt arguably the best gig going for 320 rated guys and in that part of the world, taking into consideration the off time per month is very good, but maybe for some its not good enough, well good luck with trying to find better ones in the current hole our job is in...
