Call or email Mr Bjorn Hansen. He is a great guy and will give you a clearer picture of who they need and when. I can only suggest that you make yourself available at short notice. If you put down on your application that you need to give your current employer 3 months notice, don't expect an invitation to interview anytime soon. That's just how it is, they need CPT and FO yesterday!
