lots more far east carriers lookinf for airbus guys....pay is really high for captains.
yes, and they don't need that high TT's used in middle east, but culturally more difficult obviously. Often you've to start as FO for a while (6 month or more) even if your position/contract is planned as a left hand seat officially. Cpt. sides are vigorously defended by native guys
