No news on the pay review yet. But one rumour I did hear is that the Irish Revenue are looking to tax sector pay in line with other tax authorities around Europe. This would make a big difference to a new FO as sector pay can make up a significant proportion of your earnings depending on how you bid and if you are inclined to do double sector days. Much in the same way that performance pay did when we got that.
