You are both correct of course in that it is aimed at customers, but at the same time i doubt few if any customer make an informed choice on who they will travel with based on this info, bmir is a niche player for the most competing only against Flybe & Eastern and their turboprop fleets are hardly the byword in dispatch reliability. The ERJ has proven to be a very reliable aircraft and bmir know the aircraft well, but its costs per seat kilometre are very high, ditto seats per landing fee keeps it away from the larger high yield airports in the UK at least, but the new management seem to be doing a good job and winning some good 3rd party work.
