I wouldn't be too certain on getting an instructor job so easily either. After all, you've said it yourself, you have 200hrs. If you're considering the charter route you're going to need your retractable to be useful so I'd suggest just getting that done regardless. I did mine in just over an hour and didn't pay more than $400, I'm sure you can conjure that up. I've sent you a PM.
