In 20 years I've regularly done visual approaches into:-

KIX
NGO
FUK
TPE
MNL
CEB
SIN
KUL
PEN
BAH
MEL
ADL
LAX
JFK
JNB


I will however agree that:-

1/ FO's don't like them
2/ they are getting harder to obtain.
