Yes sounds complicated.
All I know is that I have been told in writing that as HK is a contracting state with Oz I don't need to do AFR's every 2 years.
Saves me money then excellent.
Oh and I believe it's not called a BFR for quite a while now. It's an AFR and is required every 2 years. Correct me if I'm wrong.....
