I'd agree. It was 98% "push" for me when I PVR'd 2 years ago. Only started properly considering my options once I'd pressed the button.
I'm also quite sure the airlines are indeed well down the list of options for some of those in the RAF (especially those that aren't pilots) however I do know quite a few people
are looking to stay in aviation hence my sharing the link. Don't knock it until you try it!
