30-60 pilots Mil non TR, 30-60 Civilian non TR, the rest A320 series TR is the rough split we're looking for I believe. Just so you have an idea of the rough numbers required from each group. This direct from someone in recruitment a few days ago. We've had many outstanding candidates so far, so the competition for the slots has been tough by the sound of it.
