Evektor fits a Pierburg pump with a check valve, as per page 123 here:

In the UK many 912 ULS powered low "wet" wings homebuilts are fitted with the
40106 FACET SOLID STATE FUEL PUMP or the 60106 FACET POSI-FLOW LIGHTWEIGHT SOLID STATE FUEL PUMP, without a check valve. Vapour return lines are mandatory.
These are the fuel pumps offered by the UK Rotax dealer. Until very recently they were also the local Evektor importers
