The easiest way to do it is to get PPL based on your foreign certificate (FSDO), write the instrument and Commercial written and then attend recurrent at FSI or CAE on the CE525. The check ride is the same as the initial and will get you a FAA Comm. with CE525 type.
You need to arrange this with the TRTO ahead of time as well as going through the logbook verification process. TSA clearance is also required.
