So if the news story can be believed, JMac said he had an obligation to report the landing.....BUT.... he had been drinking which is a violation of Part 99 because he would have been carrying out a Safety Sensitive Role! Am I wrong?
If he didn't report it, he abused his position and bullied the cabin crew because he was cranky!
