HR to the rescue!! Whatever you do don't believe the spin and the rhetoric, get everything in writing, every promise, every demand, and stick together.
It is appalling that an imminent strike is the only motivation for HR to negotiate or attempt to fix the problem, perhaps there are some corporate bonuses at risk??
Would never have happened under Highfield.
