Request for Flight Safety Poster
Grateful for anyone who can help - does anyone have a copy or link to a mid-90s (I think) poster that was a cartoon showing an airfield and then pretty much every accident and incident that had happened for the whole year?
I remember there was an AWACS in in and a 4-ship of Tornados that had an Airprox in the circuit as well as lots more. I want to use it as the basis of a safety poster myself so very grateful for any steers.
