Can anyone explain how the Virgin Atlantic pilot joint venture will work with Norwegian longhaul? Will VA pilots be instructing Norwegian 787 pilots or providing longhaul guidance? So, when VA gets its first 787s in 2014, its pilots will train on Norwegian 787s first?
I have read a few news clipping but it is still a bit confusing... Appreciate any clarification.
