Yeah.. they have plenty of "qualified" applicants as CRC (tow year PIC B737 Loco Captains) and 500 B737 Loco FO with no what so ever experience on long haul. Thus the deal with Virgin Atlantic to have their TRI/E train on the plane before VA gets it.The type rating on B737/757,,, is just required to take the short TR course.. Don't forget that if you are not B777 rated you have to sign a bond for 30/45000 USD..
